The new Natura hemp straw panels from the nOWAcoustic collection now offer even more opportunities for sustainable design. They impress with their natural materiality, their positive contribution to environmental performance, and their wide range of applications.
The rapidly renewable raw material used for our hemp straw panels is sourced from the woody core of the hemp plant – a by-product of hemp processing. Using a specially developed process, this residual material is further processed in a resource-efficient manner and forms the basis of a completely natural hemp straw panel. In doing so, more CO₂ is removed from the atmosphere than is emitted during production.
Natura is vapour-permeable and therefore contributes to a comfortable and healthy indoor climate. Thanks to a cement-free binder, the material stands out for its surface quality and natural composition. The manufacturing process is designed to make the most efficient use of available raw materials while avoiding waste. In this way, hemp becomes a zero-waste resource.
Structure
The surface of the Natura hemp straw panel features a lively, natural structure created by the special processing of the hemp material. This distinctive texture helps to create warm and inviting interior spaces.
Colours
Natura is available in several natural colour shades – ranging from warm, earthy tones and grey variations to subtle moss and clay hues. This natural colour palette creates a calm and harmonious atmosphere within the room.
