Self contained fire protection units - protection of ceiling cavities
Management services in the ceiling cavity above - as well as the escape routes below must be protected - We have developed continuous fire protection units for this purpose.
Our -self contained fire protection units achieve fire resistance values of class REI 30 (a ↔ b), F 30 up to F 90. This means that escape routes beneath the fire are protected for 90 minutes. The same period of time that management supply services in the ceiling cavity are protected if the fire originates in the area below.
